Quality Management of Distance Learning Higher Education

This article aims to describe the implementation of distance learning necessitates a quality management system for higher education. The method is qualitative, which can be explained by reality in Literature related education, including problems and constraints learning, models systems approaches, roles online design components, long-distance education assurance systems, serves as data source. results discussion indicate actions maintaining levels, such (a) management, so that there still control graduates who are expected meet nationally accepted competency standards (quality control), (b) with able respond any situation. Changes include development (c) concept cyber university or what commonly known Indonesia.
